About the Team and Position
We’re looking for a self-motivated candidate to assist our accounting department. Your responsibilities include updating our system with new invoices and financial-clerical work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage accounts payables or receivables
- Data Entry
- Preparation of spreadsheets
- Telephoning Clients
- Other related accounting tasks as per the direction of the Accounting Manager
What You Should Have
- Must have experience with Quickbooks
- Proficient in Excel and Google Docs
- Ability to manage large amounts of data in an organized fashion
- Self-motivated individual
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Speak English and Spanish
- Experience in client interaction
It Would Be Great If You Also Had
- B.S./B.A. is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
