About the Team and Position

We’re looking for a self-motivated candidate to assist our accounting department. Your responsibilities include updating our system with new invoices and financial-clerical work.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage accounts payables or receivables
  • Data Entry
  • Preparation of spreadsheets
  • Telephoning Clients
  • Other related accounting tasks as per the direction of the Accounting Manager

What You Should Have

  • Must have experience with Quickbooks 
  • Proficient in Excel and Google Docs
  • Ability to manage large amounts of data in an organized fashion
  • Self-motivated individual 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Problem-solving skills 
  • Speak English and Spanish
  • Experience in client interaction

It Would Be Great If You Also Had

  • B.S./B.A. is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Punctuality
  • A courteous attitude
