About the Team and Position

We are looking for a high-energy candidate to do a series of administrative and clerical tasks. Your responsibilities will include handling calls and mail as well as ensuring permits are acquired in the appropriate amount of time.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinates daily calendar for Managing Principal
  • Acts as a point of contact between Managing Principal and clients 
  • Schedules and confirms appointments 
  • Data entry (CRM database)
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming messages and other correspondence 
  • Engage in polite and professional communication 
  • Generate and print reports, envelopes, etc. 
  • Complete office-related tasks

What You Should Have

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows, Word, and Excel
  •  Ability to multitask, remain flexible and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment 
  • Work both independently and within a team 
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
