About the Team and Position

We are looking for a self-motivated candidate to drive to and from the office, job sites, and building departments.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Getting paperwork signed from building departments
  • Delivering signed paperwork (permit documents, HOA documents, and other procedural documents)
  • Driving to and from the office, houses, and building departments

What You Should Have

  • Building Department knowledge 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Smartphone with GPS 
  • Reliable vehicle 
  • Car Insurance 
  • Open availability (Monday- Friday)

It Would Be Great If You Also Had

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • 1 year of general construction experience
